Our nucleus colonies come with a mated and marked queen on five deep frames. Each queen is guaranteed to have completed a full brood cycle to demonstrate a strong laying pattern. The colonies will include drawn combs, food, and hatching brood to give you a jumpstart to starting your own full-size colonies.
Our bees are locally mated “mutts” with both Carniolan and Italian genetics. We focus our breeding program on gentleness and varroa sensitivity.
